Bio

Born Frederico Farias in Tubarão, Santa Catarina, Classmatic is a Brazilian DJ and producer who has grown from underground club nights in southern Brazil into one of tech house's most exciting rising names. After nearly a decade producing, his 2022 breakthrough "Toma Dale" on Jamie Jones' Hot Creations — featuring Nfasis — became a global summer anthem across Ibiza and festival circuits worldwide. His sound blends infectious tech house grooves with Latin percussion and minimalist influences, drawing from hip-hop, acid house, and Chicago deep house. With nearly 70 releases on labels including Toolroom, Solid Grooves, Cuttin' Headz, and Hot Creations, he founded his own imprint Organic Pieces in 2023 to release his music and spotlight emerging talent. He has performed at EDC Las Vegas, Space Miami, Hï Ibiza, DC-10's Solid Grooves showcase, and Warung Beach Club, sharing stages with artists like Paco Osuna, The Martinez Brothers, and Michael Bibi. Standout tracks include "El Primer Corazón," "Catuca," and remixes for Cloonee. His 2026 catalog continues with singles like "Be My Lover" and the Perigo EP with Panna (BR) on Organic Pieces.
