Carlo Lio is a Toronto-born DJ and producer who has become one of the most consistent voices in global tech-house and techno. Known for a relentless, hypnotic, groove-driven sound that fuses techy tech-house with stripped-back minimal elements, he co-founded the influential Rawthentic Music label alongside studio partner Nathan Barato. Splitting his time between Toronto and Barcelona, Carlo has toured relentlessly across Ibiza, Europe, North and South America, performing at major festivals and underground clubs worldwide. His prolific catalogue spans nearly 90 releases, with recent and upcoming music landing on heavyweight imprints including Carl Cox's INTEC and Eli Brown's ARCANE. He cites Marco Carola, Loco Dice and Carl Cox among his core influences, and is widely regarded as a leader in Toronto's club culture.
