BrokinPaper is the creative alias of Harrison Lee, a Queens-born, New York City producer building dark electronic, industrial techno, and UK garage-leaning club music entirely independently. He started producing on FL Studio in high school (first rap beats, then darker minimal electronics after discovering Gesaffelstein), and the BrokinPaper sound crystallized with The Maslow EP in 2019. Operating DIY with albums like Neo Brut and Creation Theory, he has earned a Timbaland co-sign, a DJ mix for Rezz’s HypnoVizion on Apple Music, a global ZARA campaign placement for “66023C,” Gucci after-party booth time, and a 2026 TV sync on M.I.A. In 2026 he released “Damage” (lead single from forthcoming album FUNCTION OVER FORM) and the Antidote Remix, while Beatportal and EDM Identity spotlighted him as a rising AAPI club voice with ~230k Spotify monthly listeners.
