Brandon Roberts is an Emmy Award-winning composer based in Tarzana, California, who graduated from USC's prestigious Scoring for Motion Pictures & Television program. His career began through a chance meeting with legendary composer Alan Silvestri in his hometown of Carmel-by-the-Sea, which inspired him to pursue film scoring. He built a long creative partnership with Oscar-nominated composer Marco Beltrami, co-composing the Emmy-winning score for National Geographic's Academy Award-winning documentary Free Solo (2018) and contributing additional music to Logan (2017), A Quiet Place (2018), and A Quiet Place Part II (2021). In 2025 he took the lead composer role on Lucasfilm's Star Wars: Andor Season 2, earning a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Music Composition for a Series. Additional credits include World War Z, The Woman in Black, Warm Bodies, The Giver, and Jordan Peele's The Twilight Zone. He holds dual US-Canadian citizenship.
