Berto Lokera
Berto Lokera (BLK) is a Dominican beatmaker and producer based in London, UK. Under his "In The Mix" concept he has carved a space on the European club circuit by fusing Latin House, Tech House, and Meren-House — threading traditional Caribbean percussion (güira, tambora) through modern electronic club production. His breakthrough came via collaborations like "En Detoné" with Lírico en la Casa, Chucky73, Dowba Montana, Tato el X5, Olle Jey, and Drumz Lt, alongside solo cuts such as Mambo Piano, Llegué (House), and Bachateao (Latin House). Through mid-2026 he keeps a relentless release cadence on Spotify — El Turista (June 2026), Dejalo sin bimbim, Pecho Roto, and Chemistry among recent drops — bridging Dominican dembow roots with London's Latin electronic underground at roughly 80K monthly listeners.
