Ben Shive is a Nashville-based music producer, keyboardist, arranger, and songwriter whose meticulous craft has defined the sound of Americana-leaning Christian folk and CCM for two decades. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, he moved to Nashville to study at Belmont University and never left, building a reputation as one of the genre's most trusted studio collaborators. His production credits read like a comprehensive roll call of respected Christian music: Andrew Peterson (The Far Country, Resurrection Letters Vol. II, Behold the Lamb of God), Ellie Holcomb, Jeremy Camp, MercyMe, Rend Collective, Sanctus Real, Brandon Heath (Christmas Is Here, which won the 2014 GMA Dove Award for Christmas Album of the Year), Colony House, JJ Heller, The Gray Havens, Marc Martel, Amy Grant, and Steven Curtis Chapman, among many others.
