Beltran (Juliano Beltran) is a Brazilian DJ and producer from southern Brazil and one of the most disruptive new voices in tech house. He cemented his place in the underground after releasing "Smack Yo'" on Solid Grooves Raw — a track that surged to #1 overall on Beatport, racked up more than 22 million Spotify plays, and earned support from Michael Bibi, Jamie Jones, Solardo and Marco Carola. His style blurs the lines between tech-house, minimal, indie and the playfully weird. He holds a residency at the Basement club in Porto Alegre and releases on tastemaker labels including Solid Grooves and Insomniac. Many of his releases are collaborations and his own TOOLS series spotlights work made with and for other producers.
