Bastido
Bastido is a German producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Barcelona, working between lo-fi hip-hop, alt-R&B, neo-soul and indie folk. His Spotify bio describes a shift from purely instrumental jazz-hop toward a more analog, organic production style rooted in Alt-R&B, Indie Folk and Lofi Hip-Hop, with ongoing focus on his collaboration project The Ediacaran. Concept releases like the Sera EP (2021) and Alba (2022) explore nightfall and morning in Barcelona with collaborators across genres and countries, while Mid 20s (2024) with singer Lia J digs into the emotional and social texture of being in your twenties. In 2026 he has stayed highly active with singles such as Denial, Paradox, Water In The Sun and the album A Summer On The Brink. Beyond his own catalog, he also mixes and masters for other artists and runs a mailing list for new music and videos.
