Baril is the electronic alias of Amsterdam-based producer Marc Holstege, releasing emotive dance music on Intercept Records. His Spotify bio simply reads "I really love making music :)" — and his catalog backs it up: dreamy breakbeat, ambient textures, and deep house built for both headphones and the floor. Debut EP One More Rush (2020) and album For You, Forever (2023) earned co-signs from Bicep and Fred again.., who visited Holstege's studio in 2022 and shared his music to millions. He bridges euphoria and melancholy in the UK-influenced style of Four Tet and Ross From Friends.
