Asta Hiroki is a music producer and visual artist based in Paris, France. He crafts nuanced, textural and deep beats with an ethereal quality, blending modern jazz, electronica and beat music into layered, introspective compositions reminiscent of Dilla, Nujabes and Questlove. Beyond solo work he has composed and done audio direction for contemporary dance, video games and installations. His 2025 album 'Continuation' and 2026 singles 'Running Back' and the 'Close EP' drew tastemaker support from Jordan Rakei, Soweto Kinch, BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio 3, KEXP and Jazz FM. He also curates and manages the record label and publisher Folded Music.
