Lo-fi producer and multi-instrumentalist another silent weekend (Canada-born, based in Yokohama, Japan) builds guitar- and piano-led chill instrumentals. He started making music in 2017 and adopted the alias in 2019 from a Bombay Bicycle Club lyric that had been his teenage Tumblr URL. Spotify tags him lo-fi / lo-fi hip hop / lo-fi beats with ~312K monthly listeners. Recent work includes the July 2026 album forever & never again, the nichijo EP with Komachi, and a steady 2026 single run (Playground, Forest Spirit, our days, startline). He has been featured on Spotify editorials such as Smooth Jazz Beats, lofi sleep, Chill Instrumental Beats, and lush lofi, plus Apple Music’s Lo-Fi Sunday and Deezer’s MelanchoLofi. Releases run through Stereofox Records; he also keeps Bandcamp, SoundCloud, YouTube, Linktree, Instagram, and TikTok under the same name.
