33 Below is the electronic project of Jack Laven, a producer and DJ raised in small-town Aotearoa/New Zealand and now based in London. Starting as a bedroom experiment with music software, he built a global following blending liquid drum and bass, emotional UK garage, and stutter house — breakthrough tracks include "Keep You As A Memory", "LOOK4MYLOVE", "Close To Me", and "Blame It". His debut EP Motions arrived on Th3rd Brain Records; sophomore PUSHER landed on October Records with collaborators including DRIIA, Chrystel, and RL Grime. TikTok bootleg remixes of pop hits helped expand his audience before major-label releases through Warner Records. In 2025–2026 he dropped singles including Sinking, Blame It, and the 10-track mixtape LIVE FAST, while touring with RL Grime and Sammy Virji and playing festivals from North Coast to EDC Korea.
